HAAAALP! Apex wont work after (assumed) power outage or surge

Help! Just got home and my apex classic display screen is blank, COR20 return pump blasting water at full blast (usually set to 30%), EB8 is flashing the orange status light, and display is blank with backlighting on. I unplugged and plugged it back in a few times but it goes back to the same thing. Can someone help???

Classic. I actually reached neptune right as they were closing and they helped diagnose. Limping along at the moment just don't have connection to fusion, and PM2 might be malfunctioning too.

Mine did that one time and I had to have them go into the system and remove my PM2 manually, something got stuck when it booted back up and the pm2 took the space of another module and jammed up the whole system. They will have you install software and remote into your controller to change everything.

Sounds like you got Neptune support going on it. Keep with them and they will get it back running as well as anyone can. Good Luck
