Hair algae or shed -

I’ve had a Sinularia leather frag 3 weeks. Came from corals.com. Dipped on arrival. It was doing great the day after adding.
It’s looked great up until Sunday evening.
Polyps are not extending. It’s not been drooping until just now.
Yesterday I noticed a band around a few tips. I lightly turkey basted and did not see anything come off.
Today I can see some visible “threads”

I tried to get a photos of last two days, but you may be able to see better in the video.

Is this a shed. Hair algae, something worse?

Toadstool on other side of tank is thriving. So are the few Zoa colonies and of course the Xenia looks great.

I can post parameters, but they are all where they should. Phosphate is a little low.

Tank is 3 months old.
1/4 water change weekly

I can't really tell but anytime I see anything different on a leather I take a turkey baster to it and see if anything blows off. I have fairly large toadstool and cabbage that I've started blowing of daily and they are responding well.
