Hammer Coral dying?

Anyone have advice for this hammer coral? Does it look diseased and or dying? It hasn’t been opening lately more than the photo. All other corals are doing fine! Calcium and alkalinity were initially low but now fixed. Thanks for your advice and help!

It’s hard to tell from pics, but it looks like tissue recession. So, I would try to stabilize alkalinity and monitor. If the flesh looks like jelly, search for brown jelly disease and you likely will treat accordingly.
