Hammer Coral Question?

I’ve had my hammers for over 6 months now. They have always opened up nicely and I’ve seen growth. Lately they’ve been looking a bit different...their mouths are slightly opened and look puffy in the center. Does anyone have any idea what they’re doing?

it could be splitting? Mine kind of likes like that while it was trying to split. It’s a slow growth and was like that for a while before it started looking“normal” again.

Puffy is generally a good thing. It’s when everything starts looking sunken in that you have to worry. Looks healthy to me! :)
