hanging dosing pump in stand suggestions

I am looking for ideas on how to mount my dosing pump. If anyone has mounted their dosing pumps post pics of how you mounted doser.

What kind of doser? I made a small shelf out of playwood, painted it and used small brackets to hang it.

I had to go external. Just not enough space left inside the stand. Overall its pretty convient, as long as you dont mind the tech look.

I also added a shelf for mine.

Containers went on the door.
The doser isnt really heavy my shelf is 4 1x2’s screwed into the frame. Then screwed the ply wood up into them. Cutouts in the plywood for any frame blocking it. Then a single front support beam.

Another option would be a shelf out of aluminum corner trim. Cut so doser fits inside snugly. Then perpendicular aluminum trim screwed to stand frame. Use a square and should be an easy build.

I would be to nervous thinking it would fall over time and crack the sump.

This is how I did my two ghl dosers too.
And if you’ve tried to take one down, you’ll no longer be worried about them falling down.
Velcro is some strong stuff.

This is the really 'tough' velcro - not what is used on a jacket. But I also have all my equipment in a dry compartment.

I hung my lights with this stuff on my last tank. It was near impossible to get it off, ha. I just left it stuck in the canopy as I’m sure it would have taken the paint with it.

3m heavy duty velcro will have more than enough hold for almost anything even hanging when it locks you'll be pulling hard to remove it

When installed in the stand, they hold the pumps at an angle.

added a sheet of 1/2 oak painted with gloss white. screw away my friends! also wire closet shelves with L brackets and zip ties are great.

FYI this is a innovative marine APS stand that was no real mounting points when i was setting it up inside.

Nice! I just bought one of these and am trying to figure out where to put it.
