It’s been about two weeks since I sent my defected Hanna Magnesium checker back to them. I called them today and was told that the checker was accurate and will be sending it back to me within 2 weeks. That left me speechless SMH.
“I have check the HI783 using the HI783-11 cal check standard and it is testing just fine.

In another word they’re pretty much say we are the one that doing the test WRONG!
The tech added that they’re still trying to find the solution to address the issues others have that similar to mine. However, IMO the people that are having the same problem will be told the same as mine, it’s your fault.
I am very disappointed at this point. I hope their management personnel sees this post and other many posts about this checker as I was told they do monitor this site.
lastly, I have asked the tech to provide proof that my checker was accurate, will see.
