That said, your NO3 should be 15-20 if you run PO4 that high. Relative to phosphates you are nitrate limited. If you dose NO3, it will bring your phosphates down. Works every time. You do need some nitrate in there.
Of course you can choose to lower phosphates in any number of ways but BE CAREFUL. Your biome is accustomed to .15 by now and quick or significant shifts make bad things happen.
