Check your nitrate which can affect alk. Assure also that your phos-salinity-calcium are not elevated.
How much flow are you providing ?

Why is it dying ?
Too much light. Not enough light. Too much flow. Not enough flow. Not enough calcium. To high alkalinity. Too low alkalinity. Damage from Adjacent corals. Not cut/fragged properly. Something nipping or eating it.

If you can’t point to a single reason why after ruling out the above list…welcome to earth: where sometimes things are not meant to be.
