When vacationing in Cancun, we went on a fishing charter and they caught grouper and Triggerfish which was scaled and cooked right on board with rice, grilled veggies, etc

I've had grouper, and while in the Philippines, I had what I'm pretty certain was unicorn tang. The grouper was great! The unicorn tang was not.
