Heys Guys, I am getting some corals tomorrow and need advice about Dipping them in medication to kill bugs and stuff. I am getting a torch coral, a small bubble tip anemone and 2 feather dusters and a candy cane coral. My question is this? Can I dip all of these in medication and will they be OK?

Hey there! I'm pretty sure Revive or Coral Rx would do fine as dips for your torch coral and candy cane. Your bubble-tip anemone and feather dusters are actually inverts (not corals), so you DO NOT want to dip those...dipping them will kill them. HTH

IMO those sort of corals are not prone to have any bugs or reason to dip. I would not dip the anemone or worms for sure and if you do dip the torch or the candy cane I would use a mild dip with revive

L.P.S. are fine to dip. I do all of them in Revive.
I agree about the duster and anemone are a NO to dipping

They will all do fine in coral rx. I would use your tank water to mix the coral rx in a seperate bucket dip then dip in fresh tank water from seperate bucket then place in your tank.

HOW MUCH DOES A FISH’S FEEDING REQUIREMENTS AFFECT YOUR STOCKING DECISIONS?
