With the ammonia levels you have right now maybe you should take out any existing livestock and put them in a more habitable environment. Maybe you have a friend or a good LFS who can help you out with that. Once you do that you can concentrate on getting your levels back to normal and reintroduce when your test out right parameters for livestock. Here is a helpful guide for where you should be at.
