Recently bought 2 used radion xr 30’s and reeflink and have been having a terrible time setting them up. Can’t get radions to follow my light schedule reset them and still same problem, got the reeflink thinking maybe it’d help since being able to control on phone. Can’t set up reef link now cause it says it’s still active on old account, guy I bought everything from deleted them off his account and even contacted eco tech and had them reset everything with the serial number and I STILL get the same message saying it’s connected to an old account. Honestly at this point I’m just lost on what to do if anyone has input it would be greatly appreciated as I’m super close to just going and buying 2 hydra 34’s had ai primes in the past and never had any issues.
