Hello,

My name is Neil. I had to take a break from the hobby for about seven years but truly glad to be back.

If anyone thinks thingz don’t change in this hobby take years off and come back. Wow between technology and the tanks out their now very impressive.

i am still getting over the concept of a felt roller. Why did I not think of that. LOL.

I am starting back with my 72G bow front for now. We will see how long I can hold out before I have to get one of the rimless tanks a bit bigger.
Supper blessed that the new house has a utility room behind the tank. So just built out the fish room and have room for a mixing station and everything else. Huge difference from my last house that I could not park in the garage because the fish stuff and brut trash cans took up too much space.

anyway appreciate this community and looking forward to being here.
Excited to see the fish room!!

Hi Neil and Welcome Back! Glad you joined. Sounds like an awesome setup you've created!

Have you considered starting your build thread? I found its a great place to document my tank's evolution for myself. I started tank first then joined, so I'm still finding myself going back collecting pictures & updating historically as well as current state. Once you create your first post in your thread and link it to your account, they will give you build badge (look left, under my ID)

This might help you find people local to you:

This is a good reference book type online article I still review:
