Hello & Welcome!

im not big into scaping but thats a really friggin cool scape.

My question is... what direction are you planning to go with lighting the tank?

Also- do you have access to live rock? Im in the camp of introducing a good amount of live rock to a new tank to get things going faster. Even just rubble in your sump or a few pieces of tampa bay saltwater live rock (very expensive but wonderful option)

Grabbed a nice piece of live rock from LFS today! Put it in to help along the cycle. Ammonia finally down to .2 today probably will get a jump from the new rock. Nitrites still pretty high but from what I've read not a big deal in salt. Once ammonia comes down again going to add a few jars of galaxy pods from algeabarn to get the biome established. Setting up my QT tank this weekend and getting a pair of clowns!
As of right now I have an AI prime 16 that came with the tank. I think im going to upgrade it to an AI hydra 32. Im going to buy a par meter soon to see how much par I can get with the 16. If I can get 50-75 on the bottom I'll be happy.
