Hello everyone! I started off many years ago with a 55 gallon freshwater aquarium. My kids loved it when they were growing up. Now that they are out on their own, I decided to dive into the saltwater world and start a reef tank. I think the grandchildren will love it. I have purchased a used 120 gallon reef ready system with a sump. Have my skimmer purchased and an RO/DI. I am taking this in steps and hope to start getting the tank ready in a few months.

Thanks for the advice to start a thread on my build. That sounds like a lot of fun. We are all thawed out from the polar vortex now. Nothing like going from -47 degrees to 50 degrees in 3 days and now back down in the 30's.
