This is a fantastic little tank and the quality is top notch. I had one that I used for QT purposes for smaller fish until I dropped it cleaning it out one day. D'oh! :mad: I like that it comes with a sturdy tank top too. Good luck and happy reefing!

Hello, nice to meet you. That tank would be perfect with a couple of Percula Clowns and a shrimp. Wait a while on any corals as you may get frustrated as the tank is so new. Most corals depend on having a lot of light and in a new tank that would probably give you algae issues, especially in a 10 gallon tank. But the fish and shrimp would be great.

Thanks for the advice I was looking into getting that tank then one Picasso percula and a skunk cleaner shrimp then once all the beneficial bacteria has come and it was ready I was thinking maybe I could get some nice zoanthins and an anemone and a mushroom and some flower pots does this sound good?

I would wait on the invertebrates for a while. Get used to the fish and shrimp first. Crustaceans are an invert that are much easier than anemones or corals, even easier than fish.

What you are trying to do is typically referred to as a nano tank. I agree on managing the fish first, then moving into corals as your experience grows.

Thanks for all the advice everyone it really helps I won't beable to start my tank for a while as I have to save up enough money to first put it together and cycle it then for the fish and to maintain it I am saving up 1k dollars then I will buy the tank, sand, rocks, heater, wave maker, etc then once the tank and my experience grows I'll start with a zoanthid.

*Welcome to Reef2Reef @Jttonova !* Whatever you decide to add, whenever you decide to add it do so gradually.A pair of small clowns and a small invert should work out well.I would suggest the zoanthids and mushrooms in the long run.A anemone or cup coral would probably be happier in a larger more established system.It can be done though,eventually.Be sure to check out our Nano Reefs forum for some real inspiration!
