Hi! Welcome to R2R! that light on a 32 Fiji cube EXT. I started the light out 4 hours a day after the cycle completed and gradually increased it to 10 hours over a couple of months. I have the intensity almost all the way down due to no corals yet. You will need a PAR meter and it will depend on the types of corals you want to keep for the intensity. Hope this helps.

Welcome to R2R, I am running a A360WE with a 32G cube AIO, at about 50% intensity, 0% Color and getting about 130 PAr towards the bottom.
