Hi there if you're reading this then you already know....that I'm completely new, to both this hobby and the site. I have a 40 gal breeder and a 20 wide sump. I got a good return pump wavemaker and other bits. Still not completely sure how my skimmer works. But I'm loving the hobby. It really helps me relax.

Edit: my mom had a salt water tank when I was was young. She's so envious that I'm trying to see if I can piece together bits so when I visit her I can help her out

It was my dream to get a salt water aquarium. oddly enough it all happened when I was at a pet store to get freshwater tested. I marveled at sea anemones for a couple Hours. It was than that I knew I had to have one....a tank I mean, I don't know if I'm ready for an anemone yet, as much as I and my clowns would love one.

I really wanted to breed bengai cardinals (Because I felt bad for the fish) But I think my tank has too many hazards for the off spring. Like my sump pipe and wave maker. So for now it's just me and a pair of clowns.
