Might be a tad ambitious for a 55??? Fish alone might be pushing it. I've read recently that the eels alone demand superb filtration. My lfs guy just got one and is donating it to an aquarium. It ate all the other fish in the tank with the exception of a speedy hawk fish. Still, the hawk fish looked none to at ease and happy.. lol
