When doing the lights, where should the UV, Green and Red bulbs be? Right now here is my layout, but not sure if its right or not.

IMO. Set them all to full , or en even %. Dial in a color you like then set the intensity of that color. Don't be afraid of w g r. Make the tank look great, the set the par intensity .
You can use a par meter or a lux meter for intensity.

I suspect you can set them (green and red) to your viewing preference. I'd probably set the UV to full. Almost all manufacturers are using certain ratios / proportions of blue, royal blue, green, red leds that are already in a fairly balanced range. If your fixture had a ton of individual red or green LEDs, you'd need to worry more about screwing things up. With that said, I don't think you need much green or red. The popular radion SPS AB+ program sets their white, green, and red channels at 24% I believe. But I can't comment on the ratio of non blue / purple nm led spectrum vs versus blue / purple in the radion compared to the GHL. My guess is they are probably similar
