anemone is very flat with long tentacles. Just to confirm, there is no skeletal base as would be found in coral?

It's not mine yet, It's from a seller. He said It's a crispa. At first I believed It's a green hairy too, but tentacles are large and the body is buried in sand with the pedal disk is attached to glass

My initial thought was crispa, but could be H Malu, with blurry pics, but looks to have a lot of tents to it. If vendor says crispa, he’s probably right. Not a mushroom.

I agree, but to my eyes that first pic shows the outer ring of tents that sure looks like anemone. Interesting color to it.

I'm from Brazil, and I'm thinking it maybe can be a native specie. If it's a native specie, we don't have clownfish here, so it's not a hostable anemone. I'm trying to find some book or material with pics from native anemones, but I don't find anything.

Is there any way to see how sticky it is???
I’m just guessing here, but it looks like a clown might be happy in that nem, depending on the clown. I know some have had condy nems host clowns even though they might eat them. It’s a risk. I don’t know what kind of anemone that is for sure, but if it was me, price depending, I would buy it and try it with clowns - the tents of vicious anemone that eat clowns (hell’s fire, condy, sometimes haddoni, pizza, etc.) don’t look like that anemone, and if the stickiness is not intense, personally I would try it. See if seller is willing to send you a video of him touching it and take notice. It looks like with good care that would be a stunningly beautiful anemone. For me, I’d take it but it typically goes with risk. If you are in love with clowns you have, then pass unless you can be certain of what it is.
