Help Aussie torch

My Aussie torch suddenly has started to recede. This is new as of today and happened suddenly. It was growing fine and even had another head. Tank is established over 4 years.


I did notice last night that one side was very puffy. Almost like a bubble coral. It was very weird.

All other corals the same.

Freshwater filter only or is it? Have you ever used an HOB filter on a saltwater tank?
