Help! Everything off with Apex!

I have a Apex with 2 EB8 and a Salinity probe. 2 weeks from now everything stopped, out of the blue, to answer to my commands via Apex Fusion or even via the regular dashboard (and the display turned blank). The Apex Fusion remembered what I asked for (for example, if I press off to a pump, it shows it is off in the app, but it is not truly off). Since I still had internet access, I decided to update the firmware (I hadn't done the last update). And so I, successfully, did it. However, the problem continued the same. When I tried to unplug and replug the Base Unit, everything went off. Then, I restored the entire system. It finally worked fine. I reprogrammed all the outlets and they were working. But then, on the following day, it stopped working once again and 1 of the EB8 turned everything off (all outlets were programmed to fallback on). As a result, what I have now is 1 irresponsive EB8 and another useless one.

What should I do????

I would call them directly....they will remote in and take a look at it.
