I would have taken tank water and placed that in a small container then placed the invert inside since acclimation now moot post water leaking out. Not a fan of placing anything new into a tank unless absolutely necessary which this wasn't the case. Last one wants to do is introduce something stressed into a closed system.

Although, fact it was still moving might indicate it will revive. Don't know what they do when exposed to low tide and know that certain organism basically go into a form of hibernation slowing all bodily functions until favorable conditions return. Perhaps that's what happened and time needs to pass for it to readjust.

You did what I would have done. Contact them, with pics, let them know if it dies or not. Should be moving by now.
Yeah I took a look at it and its moving a bit. Its eyes are poking out of its shell now

Oh, I didn't mention it but I did put it into a container before putting it into the tank. I wanted to see if it was still alive before putting it in.

If the eyes are poking out, you are through the worst of it, the conch is going to be just fine. The never poke their eyes out of their shell if stressed or threatened.

Great! He's still in his shell, but moves around a little. I think he's gonna be fine too

It’s fine. Next time buy from reef cleaners, the owner has been very helpful to me. Drip acclimation isn’t always best for shipped livestock. I’m thinking reef cleaners says it can take up to 72 hours for some to get to normal activity levels. I’m thinking it’s fine
