Woke up this morning to my wet floor sensors sending warnings from my apex. Apparently, some part of my RODI failed physically. I found the part that was leaking, and it seems to have failed physically internally, and is shooting water out from one of the blade connectors when the system is powered on. There's no label on the thing, so I'm not actually sure what it is, or how to get it replaced. Picture has been attached, welcome your thoughts.

This is out of a Vertex RODI that I bought from premiumaquatics.com

Item Description: Vertex Puratek Deluxe 200 GPD RO/DI System - Automated Flush
Item Number: VX-RODI-D200

Any idea on where I can find a replacement part online?

Whole System:

Where the part was plugged into the system:

The part: (note: there are no labels or part numbers or anything on the piece)
It just says 'Made in Taiwan' and 'High pressure Switch'

Just for fun, this is the little gasket that ripped/failed.

"hIgh pressure switch"
This is usually the auto shut off valve. If you are not using something connected to it, like a float valve in your ato. I would just toss it and use a piece of the rodi tubing.

Yes, I do have a float valve on container to shut the thing off when the time comes (in case I forget). So, now I just have to find a compatible replacement part.
