Help getting best flow

I just bought a used mp40 to go with my other mp40. I have a 90g, 48" tank. I am going to place them on opposite sides of the tank. Would like to get opinions on how high up do I place them on the tank, do I have them at the same height, do I put both on reef crest mode, and any other information that might help.

My tank is sps dominant, and I do have about a 3" sandbed with lots of z/p.

i think putting them directly across from each other at the same height, roughly half way up from the sand to the top, would be nice...when the flows hit, it should be very sporadic and wavelike
