Hello. I've been suffering from excessive algae growth on the glass for about 2 months. I'm not talking about normal green film algae that needs scraping every few days, but I'm getting this strange green "dust-like" algae on my glass that starts to come back 5 minutes after wiping! No exaggeration. Yesterday, I did a water change and my tank's glass looked very pristine, until now. I notice it returning and I'm about to crash out (joke).
Unfortunately, I haven't taken any photos because I thought it would be a temporary problem, but when it comes back I will attach a photo of what it looks like on the glass and the "dusty" characteristic it has when being scraped away.
Does anyone know what this is and any possible solutions?

Nicrew 50Watt @ 25 White, 30 Blue for 11hrs, 1hr ramp up, 1hr ramp down.
2 Clowns that are fed once a day (frozen food, very light feeding)
Some hermits and snails that feed on scraps.
Salinity: 35 ppt.
(Didn't test other parameters because I just did a water change, so I'm assuming everything is normal.)
