I am moving everyone over to my new aquarium the last one to move is my large Sebae anemone. It is stuck to the glass on the bottom of the tank, it's foot is about 2" around. How do I get it unstuck?

put a power head in there and aim it at the foot the nem will release hopefully..... i have heard ice cubes by the foot work also but seems kind of mean..:(

here is the way I do it, take a spatula and gently keep nudge it under, little by little it will come off

+1
it will move looking for happier place. Then you are set to remove.

I found that the best way to remove my BTA's are the ICE CUBE METHOD... It should work on the Sebae too.

I do it a little differently though. I take two butter knives and a cup of water filled with Ice.
1) First dip both knives for about one minute.
2)Take out first knife and just gently touch the foot with the long flat side of the knife for 30 seconds.
3)Then put that knife back in the ice cup and and use the ice cold one on the other side of the foot.
- Then repeat until the foot lets go...

Hope this helps...
