Installed the retro fit upgrade for my BioCube 32 on 11/16/2018. The driver component and the Hurricane controller are kept to in a dry cabinet apart from the tank with no chance of getting wet. I was in the vicinity of the tank when the lights suddenly went out. I have checked all connections, plugged into another outlet, but the controller does not come on. I do not believe it is the driver component as the fan is running. I have emailed and called Steve's a bit ago and I am hoping to get it replaced, but have not yet heard back. Have several valuable SPS in the tank and leaving for a week for the holidays on Monday. I am no electrician, but any ideas? I do have the original leds, but hate to reinstall.

My wife has communicated via Facebook you might try that. I had a problem at one time with ours not coming on. I was adjusting the settings and turned something either off or on, I don't remember exactly. When I get home I can bounce what I have on or off with you to see if you might have done something similar if you like. But I think the controller was working, it's a long shot but I'm willing to try

I would reinstall your other lights since you're leaving. I have no specific info about these lights - but lets pretend you get a work-around here - and it fails while you're gone. Problems. Go with the system you have - and know is functioning... IMHO
