I've tried researching on my own, and think that they are Jasmine polyps. I'm not for certain, but any help is greatly appreciated!

Blue snowflake polyps or blue clove polyps is the common name. Sansibia is the scientific name. Very invasive coral. My tank was infested with them at one time.
