Help ID TBS rock

I saw one in the tank at night a while back and now just found a dead one. Can anyone ID this for me? I have TBS live rock and sand so I’m assuming it was a hitchhiker. Thanks much!

I would guess Tiger Goby due to the shape of the eyes and mouth. Hard to tell it is pretty decomposed already.

Interesting. The thing is that it was about 1/4 inch long and looked the same when I saw it alive. I picked up my order on July 30th. I really don’t think it was a tiger goby or even a fish. Any other guesses what it could be?

Highly unlikely. Cirolanids and Spheromatid isopods both have an easy to distinguish roly poly body shape with a bit of rear jagged edges. This does have a fish fry look to it, but I'm not sure at all about that. Can you take some tweezers and see if you identify any fin or mouth structures? Or is it completely smooth? That might keep in identifying it.

Definitely not an isopod.
This is not something we’ve seen before.
You mentioned it was alive, what was its behavior?
Have you seen another in the tank?
Do you have more photos?
