I am wondering if this is maybe as extended as the will get.. Someone suggested it may be a cepspitularia, which doesn’t have the nice fluffiness that nepthea and Kenya trees have?? but looks nice ,love to see with full polyp ext,
Thanks for the reply. I’ve only had it a week so guess I’ll have to be patient and see if it opens up any further! Do you have a picture of yours? I’d love to seeI have a nepthea coral, and the structure and texture of yours looks extremely similair to mine. However mine has less polyp extension from when i first got it and idky.
thanks! Cute sea horse
Thats the best photo i can find, its a bit sad looking in that photo, probably because i did a water change or something
Np lol. I will assure you that if it is nepthea its a really hardy coral. Mine had a tonne of flatworms on it at one point, and i decided to freshwater dip it. Id never FW fipped anything before so i was a little nervous and forgot that it was RO water you used and i used tap water. Needless to say it looked dead for anout a month with a horrible grey brown layer of dead skin, but it all peeled off and it continued to live lolT
