I've got these clear little anemones growing they have little white tips

Sorry for the pics. They are the best I could get with the iPhone.

Are these things bad? If so how do I get rid of them ?? I'm starting to see more and more of them what should I do.

Mike, the Ball Nem is not in there. Although Im guessing you think its a Strawberry Nem. But still.
Pseudocorynactis are Reef safe, Corynactis are not.

Ball Anemone, not bad, they are from the Mushroom class actually.

There's no need to kill them unless you have very small fish. They reproduce by fission, like mushrooms. They are corallimorphs.
