I'm going to assume you are talking about the yellow part of the rock with the closed Zoas on it... I think its a type of sponge.

upon closer look at the picture, i concur it does look like GSP and the yellow stuff looks like a sponge.

I see green starry polyps. When closed i see 2 aptasia mojano anenomes. Lol.
That coral will encrust and be everywhere.
