Help ID'ing polyps? On a snail.

I just saw this snail come out of the substrate covered in what looks like some kind of polyp. I tried to Google but couldn't come up with anything similar so thought I'd share it here.

Look somewhat like Yellow Star Polyps (I think that’s what they’re called - Been a while since I’ve seen them).

This is right, I was able to get some clear indication on it being a hydroid refered to as snail fur, or Hydractinia echinata.
