32 gallon is pretty small tank. RG do like to claim territory which can be an issue in smaller tanks. Also wondering why you added a baby wrasse? An adult wrasse can usually hold their own against most fish. Somewhat surprised the wrasse doesn't just bury itself in the sand (typical defense mechanism for a yellow coris wrasse).
