I woke up today and say my birdsnests branch was white. Ill post my params in a few mins. Very busy with work, but should i frag off the branch to avoid it spreading. It was growing very well in 25 days it went from this to that. Now it looks like this

Any crabs in the tank?
I have had a couple of pieces that started to stn, not sure why but probably was from emerald crabs contantly picking at it.
I caught them in the act.
I removed most of them.
I have beed dosing kz flatwormstop and it stopped the stn and corals have never looked better.
I dose to help the corals and not to eradicate flatworm, i have none.
I have dosed for 45 days and will continue for the recommended 3 month minimum.
Colors appear better too with no other changes.

I have i think 3 blue leg hermit crabs and a blue porcelain crab. I do suspect i might have some pest because my digi wasnt opening. But after a wc it opened up. My lps are opening fine. Ill look into dosing the flatworm stop

One night I noticed the hammer coral had a tenticle outstretched about 6 inches all the way to an sps and there was a very small piece of tissue missing. I didn't think anything of it and went to bed. Woke up and 1/3 of the sps was dead. Had to break apart the whole thing to save a few pieces. Real bummer. Should have dealt with it immediately.

dang hammer just did it again to a goni this week. Luckily no tissue loss....

Possible, could be from crabs picking too.

Possibly. Someone with flatworm experience could offer some advice.
Could be from hermits too as I find mine climbing into acros from time to time.

I can’t really see what you’re talking about on the birdsnest? On that other coral, I don’t think those are AEFW bites, but that looks like an angry coral. Is it STNing from the base up? Can you get a clearer pic? At the base, I can see some organge-ish brown which makes me thing AEFW eggs, but the pic isn’t clear enough to tell.

Even if you did have AEFW, it wouldn’t affect your birdsnest because birdsnest isn’t an acro.

Ok, no eggs and I’m fairly certain there are no bites. I’m not really sure what to tell you. Parameters are in check. How’s your lighting?

Ai prime running ab plus, the acro had been stung by xenia a few months ago but never recovered. I re tested my alk because i thought i spiked it with a wc yesterday but its 8.5 up from 8.1. The birdsnest is directly underneath the ai prime. While the acro isnt directly. Im considering doing a icp test just to see if there is something that shouldnt be there. On the brightside, i saw my firefish for the first time in a few months. He looked very fat idk what he has been eating.
