I checked out your Biocube build. You can handle this!! Besides, a sump is your friend— basically unless you get to the point you are going to light it (refugium), it won’t be ‘growing’ anything spooky like your tank can. (Ahahahahaha.) It will be adding water volume, and holding the equipment that is going to help clean and oxygenate your tank.

If you buy a Waterbox it will come with all the plumbing, filter socks, sump, ATO reservoir, tank, and stand. After that you will want a return pump, heater, skimmer, power heads as a minimum to get things functioning. I bought a Waterbox 220.6 from my LFS and saved hundreds off their advertised price. Find a dealer near you and they can spec out the accessories for you. I just set mine up.
