Help Mounting a Colt Coral Frag

My cousin snipped me off a frag of his Colt Coral. I mounted it onto a rock with Loctite superglue gel, but it fell off the first time. I re-mounted it a second time, and it looks like it is about to come off again. I basically just put some gel on the rock, put the frag on it, and placed it back in the water. I was operating under the belief the glue would cure under water. Am I doing something wrong?

No, either put it in a container with rubble rock and cover the top with wedding vail, or use a needle and fishing line and poke the base and wrap it around the rock. Or a rubber band but ime the rubber band ends up splitting the coral.
