Help my bubble coral

What can I do to revive this little guy? I bought him for 10 dollars since the owner did it was pretty much dying. Any tips on bringing him back from the dead?

You'd be amazed at bubble corals ability to regenerate. They are one of the LPS that can often come back from looking on the brink of death. I'd say low flow, keep parameters stable, don't feed (maybe aminos though) and just keep things from fluctuating and it may pull through. It won't be fast though. It appears there is still some tissue so it's not dead yet
