Po4 is phosphates?
Yes:
PO4 = Phosphate
NO3 = Nitrate
NO2 = Nitrite
NH3 = Ammonia
I'd recommend you pick up a PO4 test kit. You'll need it even after cycling is complete if you intend to keep corals happy. Ideally you will want PO4 to be about 0.03 ppm or lower, but not at zero.
