HELP NEEDED: feedback not showing up?

I've been trying to reach a @MOD #mod but havent had any success, but maybe I will here—

I've been selling on this platform for a couple months and have recieved a few feedback reviews/ratings; I've also left feedback. However... my feedback review score is only visible to me and not visible to the public or anyone that views my profile/member details. What's going on? Could someone please help me with this? Its ungodly frustrating, especially when people challenge my genuineness and sincerity as a seller.

but... whenever i make a point of salet or post a comment, my header says 0 reviews? like this—

this is what i meant when i mentioned that the review score doesnt show up in public. but whenever i actually go to, my profile, it looks like this—

@revhtree - Can you clear up the confusion on this thread?

I'm assuming Review Score and Feedback Rating are two different things...but when I click on the Review Score link it takes me to a page that looks like something copied from an Ebay feedback profile page.

@Salty Sea Flowers - Look at the little feedback rating boxes underneath your Feedback percentage rating under your username. That is your current feedback rating.
