Help needed on id

I am pretty new to the hobby. I started my 20 gal tank January, so it's about 2 months old now. I've learned to id a lot from these forums! I think I have Bristle Worms from the live rock I purchased, but I'm not sure. From what I've read, I should try to remove these asap. I have a picture of a small one, but I also caught a brief glimpse of a much larger one. [

Bristle worm ok till he gets bigger.

Ok. I do have one that looks much bigger, so I may try to get rid of it. How big should I let these get before I remove them.

I would say about 6 to 8 inches
