Please help me. I installed a fluval 207 last night and I woke up about 4am to my Nem on the intake to the filer. Thought something was very wrong so cut it off and he moved to the glass next to it and got big and open so I plugged filter back in and within minutes it was like he picked up and RAN back to the filter and jumped on it. It didn't seem like it was sucking him up but like he's hanging on to it what the heck is he doing and is it going to hurt him ??

Yes, that will hurt him, possibly even kill him after long enough. He’s probably floating around the tank looking for different water conditions. You’ll want to cover that with foam to keep him from getting sucked in again.

Killed the pump let him fall off then moved him across the tank and let him try again he's now staying away from it while he finds a new spot and I'm on the way to the store to see if they have something

You should consider increase circulation to the anemone. Perhaps it walk to the pump intake searching for more flow. This is very common cause of Gigantea and Magnifica demise, and to a lesser extend BTA.
