Help pick a light for IM Nuvo 10

Tank size is 12x15 and I'm wanting to have GSP and some lps. I've been looking at the Innovative marine skkye 18w and the Fluval Halo 22w.

Anyone with experience with these or have a suggestion for a different one?

In the future I'd like to use an AI Prime but for right now it's priced out of my range at over $240 with the clamp.

Well, I found a used black AI Prime with clamp for $150 about an hour away from me. Good deal?
