HELP PLEASE me upgrade firmware o Apex Classic wit Mac book pro

Using the Mackbook Pro and following the instructions on the Neptune web page to the "T" i get to the upgrage page and click on upgrade and the computer wants to upload a "helper" file which I approve then I get a message error and can go no further. Does anyone know what the problem is? I have tried disconnecting the controller from the EB8 and reconnecting it but still get the same problem..

Can you post a screenshot of the error message? On the Mac, press Command-Shift-4, then click and drag to highlight the error message. It will save the screen capture file to your desktop.

the first screen was actually the final screen that I couldn't get past. the other three are in order before the last one
