Sounds like you may need a new membrane. More details please?

What kinds of RO? What kinds of DI? How old is system? How are you measuring?

Thank you. I have a spectra pure Maxcap Silica buster 180 gpd unit. I just replaced every membrane filter carbon block and both DI resins. I am checking with my Hannah checker.

Nice! You have good stuff then haha.

Did you have this issue before changing everything out? Any chance theres an o ring that fidnt properly seat and is letting some.unfiltered water sneak by? Are your TDS levels higher after the filter change?

yes, that is why I changed the membranes out completely. same problem of measuring copper. I now measure about 200 TDS incoming to the unit and 2-3 out of the membrane. then 0 TDS out of the product water.

What does your hanna read? It's not really designed for reading low levels of copper in rodi water. There is a .05ppm range of error on it which means it could be reading .05 and actually be 0

I am reading 0.06 to 0.12. I really hope it is nothing to worry about but when I measure copper in distilled water I got from the store it reads 0.00-0.02.

Have you checked the pressure gauge? Mine in my spectrapure unit was malfunctioning, maybe the inner thread got corroded
