Help please, something is not right

Hey all, merry Xmas. I’ve had some strange goings on lately, I have three types of plating montipora dark green luminous green and red, my dark green seems to have bleached beyond control, my lumi green has turned brown and my red has bleached slightly. They are all slightly lower in the tank than recommended but the dark green one has been in there for 4-5 years and was thriving. I run XR30s and recently turned the white down and the intensity up for a few weeks however have reverted back to original set up. On top of this my BTAs have all receded also. PO4 is zero and NO3 is at 15 having spiked at 25. Everything else is within range.

well, really dont want PO4 at 0...but any changes in lighting, I go really slow. like 6-8 weeks, slow.

Agreed in the PO4 and trying to slowly up it, taken out GFO and using phos plus but taking it slowly.
