I have a trachy with tissue recession and neither of my welso are inflating any more. I am working on the ph increase and alk increase currently. Any and all advise please.

Have you recalibrated your refractometrr? Also check your RODI filters, and lastly have your LFS verify your levels. Do small frequent water changes.. in my experience several water changes helps a lot
