Help!! Programming ATI Hybrid

I am in need of any information on settings of L.e.d and t5 h.o. bulbs.

I have a Sps and Lps species Reeftank.

Does anyone have a program that is successful? There is not much info on how to program light and settings for good growth and color. I do have a par meter if that helps.
